Between June 1 and 7, Cape May County recorded 101 residential property transactions, with a median sale of a 1,158-square-foot property on Oak Avenue in Wildwood for $700,000. During the same period, Cumberland County reported 83 residential property transfers. The median sale for that area was a 1,056-square-foot property located on George Lane in Vineland, which sold for $250,000.
