GOP Rep. Max Miller loses re-election in Ohio following abuse allegations from his ex-wife

Republican Representative Max Miller of Bay Village has conceded his re-election contest in Ohio's 7th District. Democratic challenger Brian Poindexter, a former Brook Park council member, defeated Miller handily to win the seat. The loss for the GOP Representative follows allegations of abuse made by his ex-wife. Poindexter is now set to represent the district after the Tuesday election results confirmed Miller's defeat in the race for the U.S. House of Representatives.
