On the run for 20 years, most-wanted fugitive caught hiding as a biotech exec

Ronald L. Fischer, also known as Richard Graydon, was arrested in New York after remaining on the run for over 20 years. The U.S. Marshals Service reports that Fischer fled during a rape trial in May 2005. To avoid capture, he used various aliases and lived as a yacht-owning biotech pharma executive in L.A. The most-wanted fugitive had been hiding in plain sight before his recent apprehension by authorities last week.
