SafePlate utilizes Gemma 3 to generate offline, bilingual Vietnamese dinner plans tailored to specific allergies and user profiles, including nutrition notes and shopping lists. Both tools prioritize data privacy by running locally on hardware to assist users with dietary restrictions and busy schedules.
