Oscars: Germany Selects Sandra Wollner’s ‘Everytime’ for International Feature Race

Germany has officially selected Sandra Wollner’s film Everytime as its submission for the Best International Feature Film category at the 99th Academy Awards. Due to updated Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences rules, two additional German productions, Yellow Letters and Shame and Money, are also eligible for the race. These films qualified after winning top prizes at major festivals, meaning three German movies are now in contention for the prestigious Oscar award this year.
