Most Americans under 30 are now more worried than excited about AI

A Pew Research survey reveals that 55% of Americans under 30 are now more concerned than excited about AI, marking the first majority since 2021. Approximately 73% of this demographic expect fewer jobs due to the technology. Similarly, a European Commission survey indicates that displacement fears are most prevalent among younger, lower-income, and less-educated workers. Overall, 52% of all respondents expressed more concern than excitement regarding AI use in daily life.
