A Pennsylvania State Police corporal, Timothy O'Connor, was shot and killed Sunday night during a traffic stop in West Caln Township, Chester County. Officials stated the 32-year-old driver opened fire as O'Connor approached the vehicle, resulting in his death at the scene.
