Paramount Promotes Two to Lead Industrial Relations Team

Paramount Skydance has restructured its industrial relations department into a standalone division. The company promoted veteran labor relations executives Nicole Lang and Sheldon Kasdan to serve as executive vice presidents and co-heads of this new unit. Both leaders report directly to Chief Legal Officer Makan Delrahim. Lang previously led industrial relations at Paramount Pictures since 2013, while Kasdan also holds a long tenure. The division is responsible for managing the company's relationships with entertainment unions.
