Parents of 13-year-old killed in Orange County E-Moto crash charged

The Orange County District Attorney's Office announced charges against the parents of a 13-year-old boy who died in Garden Grove. The teen lost control of a speeding E-Moto and hit a concrete pole after his parents ignored repeated warnings about his reckless riding. Separately, a 65-year-old man was killed Tuesday morning in Winston County. He was ejected during a rollover crash on Winston County 41, located approximately five miles north of Addison near Winston County 3705.
