Delhi has tightened security, deploying over 4,000 cops and installing 200 CCTV cameras. To manage the gathering, authorities announced traffic restrictions and diversions across central Delhi from 10 am to 5 pm as opposition leaders and supporters prepare for the protest against the CEC.
