Patrick Holland to Remain Chair and CEO of Banijay U.K. Following All3Media Merger

Patrick Holland will continue as Executive Chairman and CEO of Banijay U.K. following the completion of the $8 billion merger with All3Media. Reporting to Banijay Entertainment CEO Marco Bassetti, Holland will lead the combined entity. The merger has created the London-headquartered Banijay Entertainment.
