Pentagon Rescinds Mandatory Testosterone Screening Guidance—For Now

The Pentagon has abruptly rescinded clinical guidance regarding mandatory testosterone deficiency screening for active-duty and reserve male service members. This decision occurred less than 24 hours after the document was initially issued to military physicians. The withdrawn guidance was part of a program targeting hormonal dysregulation and had previously called for women to be screened as well. A Department of War spokesperson confirmed the removal of the guidance for the High T military program.
