Philadelphia men charged in road-rage shooting on Route 202 in Chester County

Sophay Yem, 35, and Intanon Chay, 36, from Philadelphia, face attempted murder and related charges following a road-rage shooting on Route 202 in Tredryffrin Township. The Chester County District Attorney's Office announced these charges regarding their alleged roles in the incident. Separately, two women have been charged after a shooting occurred on County Road 422 in Lake Panasoffkee.
