Report: Phillies will retain manager Don Mattingly

Reports indicate that the Philadelphia Phillies will retain Don Mattingly as their manager for the upcoming season. This decision means that those seeking wholesale changes within the organization will not see them implemented. Mattingly, who has served as the bench coach, is expected to continue leading the team. The news follows recent appearances, including a game against the Pittsburgh Pirates at PNC Park, where Mattingly was observed reacting from the dugout during the matchup.
