4-Hers of Lewis and Clark County show off livestock at Last Chance Stampede and Fair

The 2026 Last Chance Stampede and Fair began Thursday at Cool Alley Arena, where numerous riders entertained crowds with bucking horses, bulls, and cattle ropers. Simultaneously, the event showcased livestock from sixteen Lewis and Clark County 4-H clubs. Participants presented a variety of animals, including chickens, goats, rabbits, and cattle. The festivities combine traditional rodeo competitions with youth agricultural exhibitions, drawing significant attention to the local fairgrounds during the opening night celebrations.
