Archbald man charged with fatally shooting 19-year-old Scranton man

The Miami-Dade Sheriff’s Office is seeking public assistance to locate Russell Daniels, a missing 59-year-old man from Miami. Similarly, police are searching for Matthew Hines, a 62-year-old man last seen Tuesday around 2 p.m. in downtown Louisville on East Chestnut Street. In a separate incident, a man from Archbald has been charged with the fatal shooting of a 19-year-old man from Scranton. Law enforcement agencies continue their respective investigations into these three distinct cases.
