Closing arguments conclude in Lindsay Clancy trial as prosecutors argue murders were ‘a choice’

Closing arguments concluded Thursday in the trial of Lindsay Clancy at Plymouth Superior Court. Prosecutors argued that the former labor and delivery nurse made a choice to murder her three children in January 2023. While Clancy admits to the killings, her defense attorney, Kevin Reddington, argued against her criminal responsibility. Following presentations by Reddington and Assistant District Attorney Jennifer Sprague, the jury has left the courtroom to begin deliberations regarding her criminal liability.
