Toms River area residential properties sales: Sold from Sept. 7 to 13

Residential property transfers were reported for the week of September 7 in Toms River and Newark. In the Toms River area, 75 transactions occurred, with a median sale of a 1,440-square-foot property on Innsbruck Drive for $449,900. Meanwhile, the Newark area recorded 26 transactions during the same period. The median sale in Newark was a 2,540-square-foot property located on Blum Street, which sold for $550,000. Both regions showed active real estate movements throughout the week.
