Montclair residential properties sales: Sold from July 27 to Aug. 2

Between July 27 and August 2, Montclair recorded 17 residential property transfers, with a median sale of $1.3 million for a 3,118-square-foot home on Holland Terrace. During the same period, the Old Bridge area saw 13 residential transactions. The median sale in that region was a 1,728-square-foot property located on Harbor Bay Circle in South Amboy, which sold for $575,000. Both areas reported their respective real estate activity for the week.
