Residential property transfers were reported for Mercer County and Union County from August 17 to 23. Mercer County recorded 126 transactions, with a median sale of a 1,111-square-foot property on Norton Avenue in Trenton for $420,000. Meanwhile, Union County saw 66 transactions during the same period. The median sale in Union County was a 2,450-square-foot property located on Westfield Avenue in Elizabeth, which sold for $742,000. Both regions documented their weekly real estate activity.
