Jackson area residential properties sales: Sold from Aug. 31 to Sept. 6

Residential property transfers were reported for Jackson and Gloucester City. In Jackson, from August 31 to September 6, 12 transactions occurred, with a median sale of $855,000 for a 2,360-square-foot property on Kindling Way. Similarly, Gloucester City recorded 12 transactions between August 24 and September 6. The median sale in that area was a 1,584-square-foot property on Hunter Street, which sold for $239,000. Both regions saw an equal number of residential property sales during these periods.
