Kalshi demands Netflix take down trailer for ‘Prediction Games’ documentary

Kalshi has demanded that Netflix remove the trailer for the documentary Prediction Games. In a cease-and-desist letter sent by head of litigation Jovalin Dedaj, Kalshi alleges the trailer is defamatory and contains false and misleading statements. The company further claims that the promotional material includes fabricated documents.
