Riverside County pastor arrested on sexual assault charges involving a minor

Law enforcement agencies have conducted several arrests involving sexual assault allegations. In Riverside County, 41-year-old pastor Lino Hernandez was arrested following a June 2026 investigation into the sexual assault of a minor. Additionally, Katrina Harmon, 39, of Magnolia, faces first-degree sexual abuse charges in LaRue County for an alleged relationship with a minor. Separately, a retired LAPD detective was arrested in connection with a 1994 robbery and sexual assault case occurring in Ventura County.
