‘Gargoyles’ Live-Action Series Not Moving Forward at Disney+

A live-action reboot of the animated series Gargoyles is no longer moving forward at Disney+. The project was in early development with writer Gary Dauberman and James Wan's Atomic Monster. While reports previously indicated the streamer was working on a version of the show that originally aired from 1994 to 1997, sources and co-creator Greg Weisman have confirmed the project is dead. The reboot of the beloved Disney property has officially turned to stone.
