Rob Bonta Says No Paramount-WBD Settlement Talks Scheduled After He Canceled Monday Session

California Attorney General Rob Bonta confirmed that no settlement talks are currently scheduled with Paramount regarding the antitrust challenge to its proposed merger with Warner Bros. Discovery. Bonta canceled a Monday session and accused the company of responsibility for lying leaks. While he remains open to reengaging with Paramount to resolve the 12-state antitrust case, he stipulated that the company must first stop the leaks before any further negotiations can take place between the parties.
