Robert Smullen ends congressional campaign after meeting with Trump

State Assemblyman Robert Smullen has officially ended his campaign for New York's 21st Congressional District. After losing the Republican primary to Anthony Constantino on June 23, Smullen announced on Friday that he will no longer seek the seat. Consequently, he will decline to appear on the Conservative Party ballot in November.
