Padma Awards 2026: Mammootty Honoured By President Droupadi Murmu As Proud Son Dulquer Salmaan Watches On

During the second civil investiture ceremony on June 23 at Rashtrapati Bhavan, President Droupadi Murmu conferred the Padma Bhushan upon veteran Malayalam actor Mammootty and singer Alka Yagnik. Mammootty was attended by his son, Dulquer Salmaan, and family for the honor recognizing his arts contributions. Simultaneously, Alka Yagnik received her award and touched the feet of PM Narendra Modi. Both recipients were honored by the President for their respective achievements in the arts and music.
