Russell Brand found guilty of rape and sexual assault in London court

British comedian and actor Russell Brand was found guilty of one count of rape and three counts of sexual assault by a London court. He faced a total of seven sexual offence charges involving six women, which included three counts of rape, three counts of sexual assault, and one count of attempted indecent assault. While convicted on four charges, he was acquitted of the remaining counts. The trial concluded following deliberations by jurors at Southwark Crown Court.
