Ballistic Missiles Pound Kyiv As Russia's Iskander-M Gets Major Guidance Upgrade

Russia struck the Kyiv region with ballistic missiles and drones on the eve of the NATO Summit in Turkey, killing at least eight people and wounding dozens. These attacks followed warnings from President Zelenskyy regarding imminent strikes. Previous waves of Russian missiles and drones have killed at least 31 people in the capital.
