Russian Strikes on Ukraine Hits Near David Petraeus, ex-C.I.A. Chief

A Russian drone struck a train near the Ukraine-Poland border shortly after several high-profile dignitaries had passed through the area. Ukrainian officials reported that former C.I.A. chief David Petraeus was at the rail station during the attack. Another train, carrying former British Prime Minister Boris Johnson and the former prime minister of Sweden along with other senior visiting officials, had already departed the station before the drone hit the target near the border region.
