Sam Register is departing from his positions as president of Warner Bros. Animation, Cartoon Network Studios, and Hanna-Barbera Studios Europe next week. Warner Bros. TV Group chair Channing Dungey announced in a staff memo that both parties mutually agreed not to renew his expiring contract. Register has served as a longtime executive leading these animation divisions. The departure marks the end of his extensive tenure overseeing the company's various animation studios and creative production efforts.
