Sandra Hüller to Play Male German Writer Wolfgang Herrndorf in Maria Schrader’s ‘Work and Structure’ for Studiocanal

Oscar-nominated actress Sandra Hüller will star as the late German writer and artist Wolfgang Herrndorf in the upcoming feature Work and Structure. Directed by Maria Schrader, the film is an adaptation of Herrndorf's autobiographical work. The project is produced by Komplizen Film and co-produced by Studiocanal, ZDF, and Haut et Court. This production unites two of Germany's most celebrated female cinema professionals, following Hüller's recent appearance in Paweł Pawlikowski's Cannes winner Fatherland.
