Clifton area residential properties sales: Sold from July 13 to 19

Between July 13 and 19, residential property transfers were reported in two areas. In Clifton, seven transactions occurred, with a median sale of a 1,870-square-foot property on Ravenscroft Road for $635,000. Meanwhile, the Old Bridge area recorded 19 transactions during the same period. The median sale for Old Bridge was a 1,419-square-foot property located on Hanna Lane in South Amboy, which sold for $540,000. Both regions saw active real estate movements throughout the week.
