Old Bridge area residential properties sales: Sold from Aug. 3 to 9

Residential property transfers from late July to August 9 show varied activity. Princeton recorded 19 sales with a $1.37 million median, while Wayne had 19 sales at $850,000. Clifton and Berkeley saw 20 and 29 transactions respectively. Old Bridge, Jackson, and North Bergen reported 27, 28, and 15 sales. Lower volumes occurred in Union Township, East Windsor, and Irvington. Median prices ranged from $412,000 in Berkeley to $1.37 million in Princeton across these regions.
