Recently sold residential properties in Edison area: Aug. 10 to 16

Residential property transfers were reported for Edison and Brick areas from August 10 to 16. In Edison, 14 transactions occurred, with a median sale of a 1,578-square-foot property on Gate House Lane for $600,000. Meanwhile, the Brick area recorded 33 transactions during the same period. The median sale in Brick was a 1,015-square-foot property located on Pinecroft Drive, which also sold for $600,000. Both regions shared the same median sale price despite different transaction volumes.
