Burlington County residential properties sales: Sold from Aug. 17 to 23

Between August 17 and 23, residential property transfers were reported in two counties. Bergen County recorded 786 transactions, with a median sale of a 1,752-square-foot property on Oak Avenue in Maywood for $827,000. Meanwhile, Burlington County saw 187 transactions. The median sale in that area was a 1,598-square-foot property located on Cypress Court in Bordentown, which sold for $400,000. Both regions documented significant real estate activity during this specific one-week reporting period.
