Residential property transfers were reported for Lakewood and Howell from August 10 to 16. Lakewood recorded 15 transactions, with a median sale of a 1,515-square-foot property on Schoolhouse Lane for $450,000. Meanwhile, Howell saw 14 transactions during the same period. The median sale in the Howell area was a 2,373-square-foot property located on Eric Drive, which sold for $732,500. Both regions experienced active real estate movements throughout the specified week in August.
