Between September 14 and 20, Essex County recorded 175 residential property transfers, with a median sale of a 1,516-square-foot home on Carrie Court in Nutley for $710,000. During the same period, Ocean County reported 152 transactions. The median sale in that area was a 1,352-square-foot property located on Marjorie Drive in Toms River, which sold for $465,000. Both counties saw significant residential activity throughout the reported week in September.
