20 million Americans receiving special $90 payments, Trump announces: Who qualifies?

President Trump announced that 20 million Americans are eligible to receive special payments of $90 this month. These funds are sourced from the Medicare Improvement Fund, a financial reserve created by Congress in 2008 with a total of $2.2 billion. The initiative aims to distribute these specific payments to qualifying individuals across the United States, utilizing the existing legislative framework and funding allocated for the improvement of Medicare services as established over fifteen years ago.
