Shelter-in-place issued in San Marcos as U.S. Marshals search for armed assault suspect

Residents in Highland Park were asked to shelter in place while police searched for two persons of interest. Holland is wanted on a warrant for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and is believed to be armed.
