Slothsort: A Local Gemma Agent That Tidies Your Downloads Folder While You Do Nothing

Two projects were submitted for the Hacktoberfest Open-Source AI Challenge Week 3. Sorta is a Python and Streamlit app using Ollama and Gemma 3 1B to suggest folder categories based on filenames. It currently functions as a prototype for previewing suggestions. Slothsort is a local Gemma agent designed to automate the tidying of downloads folders. It analyzes loose files, assigns searchable names, and organizes them into sensible folders to eliminate manual sorting tasks.
