Amazon launches two new portable AI listening devices - Reuters

Amazon has launched two new portable AI listening devices. During TechCrunch Disrupt, Amazon devices chief Panos Panay envisioned a future where ambient AI devices operate in the background to anticipate user needs. Panay suggests that these AI devices could eventually replace the necessity of using traditional apps, as the technology shifts from waiting for specific user commands to providing proactive assistance through an integrated, ambient experience that simplifies how people interact with their digital tools.
