US soldier dies after being run over by armored vehicle in training incident

Adrian Bonsey, a 29-year-old combat engineer assigned to the 3rd Infantry Division at Fort Stewart, died during a large-scale training exercise in California. The Army announced that Bonsey was crushed by a 27-ton M2 Bradley fighting vehicle in the early morning hours of June 10. The incident occurred because the armored vehicle had limited visibility during the exercise. The soldier died after being run over by the tank during the military training operations.
