Space Force brings 5 companies on-board Space Data Network

The US Space Force has awarded contracts to five companies to demonstrate the integration of multiple satellite networks into the emerging Space Data Network. Simultaneously, the US Space Force and Japan collaborated on a bilateral space effort to enhance surveillance in the Indo-Pacific region. This initiative involved the successful launch of a Space Domain Awareness payload aboard Japan's Quasi-Zenith Satellite 7, aiming to bolster overall space domain awareness and monitoring capabilities through international cooperation.
