Sprint 1 closed: Canonical Engineering Model wired into handshake

Meronq closed Sprint 1 by defining the Canonical Engineering Model, establishing shared primitives like Entity, Relation, and Evidence within @meronq/core for AI clients. Sprint 2 followed, delivering local project intelligence through a new scanner package and CLI commands. These tools enable repository scanning, package manager detection for pnpm, npm, and yarn, and the creation of a ProjectIndex. Both sprints met all roadmap goals, transitioning from core domain API exports to structured project understanding.
