Safari’s new MCP server lets coding agents inspect and debug websites

Apple is launching a new MCP server for Safari, enabling coding agents to inspect websites by accessing console logs, network requests, and page content. Simultaneously, Meronq has closed Sprint 5, successfully exposing its capabilities through MCP. This update allows AI assistants to utilize Meronq as a product tool layer. Key deliveries include a product server, shared server core, and memory search over SQLite, alongside a safety model for runtime and network permissions.
