Halloween in St. Louis has its own rules

St. Louis is currently experiencing two distinct events. The St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department is investigating two separate overnight homicides that occurred in St. Louis City. The first incident involved a shooting reported around 11:30 p.m. Thursday in the 1200 block of Dillon Drive, located south of downtown. Meanwhile, the city is also observing Halloween, which follows its own specific set of rules and includes the sharing of various trick-or-treat jokes among the local community.
