The proposed small agentic documentation pipeline consists of five main stages: EXTRACTION, VALIDATION, DOCUMENTATION, AGGREGATION, and PROJECT VALIDATION. The process begins by extracting data from source code and repositories without writing architecture documentation. This leads to an Architecture Evidence Model, which is then validated. Finally, the DOCUMENTATION stage generates a human-readable Repository Architecture Document based strictly on the validated model, ensuring no new assumptions are introduced during the final documentation generation phase.
