Target recalls baby wipes over fears of life-threatening bacteria and complaints of skin and eye irritation

Target Corporation is recalling various Up Up brand baby wipes, including scented and fragrance-free versions, due to potential microbial contamination. The manufacturer, Sapro Temizlik Urunleri, and Target received reports of product discoloration, skin and eye irritation, and infections. FDA testing identified life-threatening bacteria in the products. Customers are advised to stop using the recalled wipes immediately while investigations continue into the adverse event reports associated with the contaminated baby wipes.
