Student shot at Georgia high school; suspect in custody

Recent incidents of school violence occurred in Georgia and Los Angeles. In Warner Robins, Georgia, a shooting on a high school campus left one student injured, and officials have taken a suspect into custody. Separately, on the first day of the new school year, a student was found with a gun at Santee High School in Los Angeles. This discovery prompted the Los Angeles Unified School District to implement a lockdown at the Maple Avenue facility.
